The purchaser is responible for complying with all local, state and federal laws.  Arrow Fireworks isn't responsible for injury, damage or loss sustained in shipping or the resale or the use of fireworks.  Arrow Fireworks sells the product based on the condition that the seller shall not be liable in any civil action for any accident or injury that happens during transport, storage or use of the product.

All sales are final.
No returns or refunds.
Payment is due upon delivery.
Cash, Cashiers Check, Credit Cards, Wire Tranfers.
Money Orders and Checks upon prior approval,
and not until either clears the institution they are drawn on.
Prices and availability subject to change at any time,
and seller may substitute similar product.
